Technical data is stored by Netlify only for as long as it is required for operation, security, error analysis or to fulfil legal obligations. The specific retention period is determined by Netlify based on the nature, sensitivity and purpose of the respective data.
3. Contact form via Netlify Forms
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the information you enter. This may include in particular your name, your email address, the content of your message, the time of transmission and technical transmission data.
The data is processed via Netlify Forms and stored in our Netlify account. Netlify acts as our processor in this context.
Netlify automatically checks form submissions for spam. The Akismet spam filter may be used for this purpose.
The processing serves to handle your enquiry and any subsequent questions.
If your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in properly handling your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data submitted via the contact form is deleted from Netlify Forms no later than six months after your enquiry has been conclusively handled. Longer storage only takes place if statutory retention obligations apply or the data is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Mandatory fields must be completed so that we can process your enquiry. Any further information is provided voluntarily.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and the information transmitted with it in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted no later than six months after conclusive handling, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require longer storage.

This website does not use cookies.
No analytics, tracking or marketing services are used. Likewise, no user profiles are created.
A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
